All buildings  are produced as a result of teamwork, not only the teams who work on site, but also the teams that provide the  necessary professional skills to design, co-ordinate and control the cost of the project and bringing it to a successful conclusion.  

As  all projects vary by type, size, cost and complexity, the Practice works with a variety of Consultants to provide comprehensive structural, quantity surveying and services engineering.  At the start of each project a conscious decision is taken to assemble the most appropriate team for the project in order to provide  the best possible outcome.

It is only by teamwork that a project can be successfully completed on programme and time scales are established at the commencement of each project to accommodate target and completion dates.
